Suppliers, Business Partners and Shareholders:
If you are a supplier or business partner of our company, we process your Personal Information mainly for the purpose of initiating and maintaining a contractual relationship and fulfilling our contractual obligations but also for the management of our clinical trials and to meet our legal obligations which includes having a proper accounting system. If you do not provide your Personal Data, we might not be able to enter into a business relationship with you.

Who we share your Personal Data with
To achieve the mentioned purposes, it could be necessary to disclose some of your Personal Data to recipients such as Contract Research Organizations (clinical trial management), Canada Revenue Agency (legal requirements), Financial Auditors (accounting system).
Clinical Trial Participants:
We process your Personal Data in order to achieve the objectives of the clinical trial and validate the performance characteristics of the tests we perform. If you enroll and take part in one of our clinical trials, we process your Personal Information only if you explicitly consented to it, as required by Art 9 GDPR for the category of data we process (health data).

Our processing activities include primarily the Personal Information you provide us with. This will include Personal Information regarding your health.
Who we share your Personal Data with
In order to carry out our clinical trials, it may be necessary to share your Personal Information with recipients such as Contract Research Organizations (clinical trial management) or Research collaborators (data analysis).
Personal Information that was not obtained from you, but from a third party
In most cases, we collect the Personal Information directly from the data subject, so it usually you who provides us with the Data we need in order to achieve the purposes set out above. From time to time, however, it may happen that we obtain data from other sources. Most of the time, these sources are publicly available.
If you are a patient taking part in a clinical trial, we receive some of your health Data from Contract Research Organizations (CROs), who we exchange patient’s health data with throu an electronic Case Report System.

Rna Diagnostics gives users the ability to access, change or delete personal information previously provided or to opt out of communications from us.
